I've just realised something, which makes the episode title all too relevant.
Remember during the discussion between Sherlock and Moriarty, they bring up the relevance of the new identity he's adopted, Richard Brook, shortened to 'Rich Brook' it translates to Reichenbach which is the case that brought Sherlock under the spotlight.
Doesn't this, therefore, mean that the title of the episode could just as easily have been "The Rich Brook Fall"?
