The average tickets price of Gaga will be around 90$ at its best. So, that means that the average ticket price of Katy's would be around $80. Knowing that her tour is selling well, let's pretend that the average attendance will be around 14,000. Katy has 104 shows to date to her tour. So $80 (104 X 14,000) = $116,4 million. Of course it's very approximative numbers, but it gives you an idea. For Gaga, she has 65 shows to date but her tour doesn't sell well. Last report said she sold 750,000 tickets to date for the 64 shows (the 2nd Tokyo show is not on sale yet). So lets pretend that the average of Gaga will be around 13,000. So $90 (65 X 13,000) = $76 million. In overall, I really think Katy will outsell Gaga's tour.
