kk, 12 songs for the album have been picked. The hold up is not the album, but rather the deal. The numbers are out of this world, but Columbia is blocking on a small technicality that was agreed in 2002 about TV rights and as a result they are messing up the train.
The deal numbers will explode if bey gets her TV rights. Regardless, those rights are coming back in the very near future. So as we speak, the DVD will take the spot of the album, and any day next week the release date will be announced one way or another.
Only the carters know the date, no one else, not Columbia, not Live Nation not Pepsi. Everyone knows its near, but the details will emerge, I believe from next week.I hope you guys could understand what the tour numbers mean. Lets just say, if you add sponsorship + merchandise let me stop.
