If I had to compare it to something in her catalogue, I’d go with Heavy Metal Lover/Scheiße. I know that’s high praise, and no I’m not revealing anything more, but that Page Six plant comparing it to Born This Way is accurate in the general sense. Is it perhaps a bit more polished, yes. But it’s definitely a departure from how sanitized Chromatica felt. I think the vast majority will be pleased!
