One day I was out at the barn watching this stallion powerfully charging from one end of the arena to the other, bucking and galloping at full speed all alone. I was “safe” on the other side of the arena wall but it scared me when he came flying toward me...barely stopping in time. My riding teacher saw him coming at me and yelled at me to move back. I said “Well..the gate is closed!” to which she said, “Girl - when they wanna go they will go...there ain’t a point in even shuttin’ the gate.” It really made a mark on me when she said that and I wrote it down. The title hit me later in bold letters in my head and it all made sense. SPACE COWBOY came a couple days after with Shane McAnally + Luke Laird

Me quedo con Space Cowboy, aunque Butterflys tiene una melodía muy bonita pero me tira atrás que es un poco ñoña.
Ambas tienen un sonido más sobrio en comparación con disco anterior

Butterflies la compuso al poco de concocer a su ya marido, de ahí el subidón de azúcar.
