Robster habla de nuevo, siendo más preciso en esta ocasión:
"I would like to clarify a particular point, as I do read the forums, even if I never post. I browse through them and have noticed that certain fans have seized upon one of my statements and taken it quite literally. This is, in fact, one of the main reasons why I contribute so infrequently; every single word must be chosen with the utmost precision.
When I wrote yesterday that the album was ‘99% ready,’ a considerable number of people reached out to me, many through direct messages, to inquire whether this meant the album would be released this year. It is possible that I did not express myself with sufficient clarity, so I shall rephrase in order to avoid any further ambiguity. I also believe it would be wise for me to refrain from posting further, so as to prevent additional misunderstandings.
The album was originally scheduled for release at the end of the year, mid-November, to be precise. However, delays have since occurred, and it now seems unlikely that the album will see the light of day this year. Should it be released at all in 2025, it would be at the very end, but a December release would, quite evidently, amount to commercial suicide. It is therefore far more probable that the album will be issued in early 2026. Indeed, I mentioned this yesterday in a direct message to a member, of which I include a screenshot here.
I sincerely apologize if my earlier remarks lacked precision, but please bear in mind that, as I write these words, no release date has been firmly set. These decisions will be made in the coming days and weeks. The delay relative to the initial plan is not particularly substantial, and with sustained effort, a November release could still be achievable. That said, to be perfectly candid, I consider January 2026 to be the more likely outcome."
"One final note; I am well aware that, on this occasion, I am unable to provide you with as much information as I did during the Madame X era. Circumstances differ this time, with Madonna determined that everything concerning this project remain under absolute secrecy. Still, I can offer you one further insight, or rather, confirm something Madonna herself alluded to, though some perceived it as tongue-in-cheek; this is, in essence, Confessions Part II, at least as far as the lead single is concerned. That first single stands as the true heir to Hung Up, even the video, which is set to be filmed imminently, follows in that spirit.
The remainder of the album shares kinship with Confessions insofar as many tracks are dance-oriented, imbued with an old-school energy uniquely woven together in Stuart’s inimitable fashion, incorporating samples, yet distinct, of course, not confined to the 1970s palette, but more exploratory in scope. There are indeed moments where listeners will be able to catch their breath; it is not an entirely uptempo affair. Rather, it constitutes a genuine musical journey.
What I can affirm is that they have poured heart and soul into shaping the sound of this record. Music, in its purest form, is the central priority of this project. And when I say ‘they,’ I speak, of course, of Madonna, Stuart, and… 🙂"
"A release in 2025 remains entirely possible. The Confessions timeline was the initial plan. As I have mentioned, the delay they have encountered can still be made up, provided they redouble their efforts, and this is very much Madonna’s wish. She must now succeed in bringing everyone back into focus after having indicated this past summer that matters had been pushed back"
"I should, in all likelihood, refrain from saying this, yet I believe I am in no way compromising Madonna’s artistic integrity by assuring you that the lead single will indeed be heard this year. What remains uncertain is whether Madonna will succeed in restoring the initial plan to its course, so that the album may be released in November"
