sebas WOW, qué sorpresón. No me encantó Lipslide, pero tampoco estaba mal. Si es la única forma de oír algo suyo este año, pues guay.
sebas El vídeo está OK para los últimos que hicieron Saint Etienne, aunque como acostumbran, con muy poco más, les habría quedado mejor. El disco está bien, aunque agradecería un poco más de unidad. En realidad me apetecía algo abiertamente folk.

sebas Copio, pego el mailing New Sarah Cracknell single and UK shows Sarah releases a new single on Friday 27th November via Cherry Red. 'Take The Silver' is taken from her recent solo album 'Red Kite' and will be released as a limited edition two track 7' vinyl and a three track digital bundle. The song features Kami Thompson and James Walbourne (PKA The Rails) on backing vocals can be previewed at the Youtube link below. The 7" release - limited to just 700 copies - features a brand new recording entitled 'Sleepytown' on the filp side. It was produced by Carwyn Ellis during the Red Kite sessions earlier this year and co-written by long standing Sarah / Saint Etienne collaborator Mark Waterfield. The digital bundle includes a third recording - a brand new version of 'It's Never Too Late' performed barque style complete with string quartet and bassoon. The 7" comes with a large black and white postcard (as pictured above) and will be available to pre-order from 5pm (GMT - UK time) on Tuesday 13th October here.
