"Gaga did a couple of her new singles which I hear are just incredible," Elvis recalled. "She also did a song about someone very close to their family. I believe it's her father's sister passing away, and her father was in the audience when she did the song. He'd never heard her perform it. She was so real and fantastic when she sang that song. And I'm assuming knowing that her dad was right there in the room with her hearing it for the first time, it really, really brought out an award-winning performance. The whole room was in tears."
