Choreography is by Damien Jalet — the Belgian-French choreographer best known for his work on Luca Guadagnino’s Suspiria (2018) and Paul Thomas Anderson’s Anima (2019) with Thom Yorke, and a longstanding creative force in Madonna’s world: he choreographed four segments of the Madame X Tour (2019), including the iconic Frozen pas de deux between Madonna and Lourdes, and served as creative advisor on the Celebration Tour (2023–24). His return for Confessions II feels less like a hire and more like a homecoming.
The film’s global styling is handled by Akeem Smith, the Jamaican-born, New York-based artist, stylist and creative director whose work — rooted in dancehall culture and Black fashion history — helped define the aesthetic of Hood By Air. Madonna’s personal wardrobe is by Rita Melssen, her longtime stylist most recently behind Madonna’s celebrated look at the 2026 Met Gala.
The film was edited by Danny Tull, Will Town and Lauren Friedman, with production design by Arthur de Borman.
