Sorprende encontrar un año más el ‘Back To Black’ de Amy Winehouse tan bien posicionado. Parece que será el último disco de la historia en superar los 10 millones de copias.
Entre los grandes éxitos del año cabe citar a Coldplay, Duffy, AC/DC o Metallica y entre los grandes fracasos Keane, Dido, Bloc Party, The Cure, Gnarls Barkley o The Streets. No fracaso pero sí bastantes decepcionantes con respecto a álbumes anteriores fueron los resultados de Kanye West o Carla Bruni.
